Cagliari is an ideal case study for the development and experimentation in this scenario, also because a centralized management system of state-of-the-art public transport in Europe is already operating.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1111 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ca2020.ca.infn.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/loghipartnersconbordo-1-300x132.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ca2020.ca.infn.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/loghipartnersconbordo-1-300x132.jpg 300w, http:\/\/ca2020.ca.infn.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/loghipartnersconbordo-1-768x337.jpg 768w, http:\/\/ca2020.ca.infn.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/loghipartnersconbordo-1-1024x449.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/ca2020.ca.infn.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/loghipartnersconbordo-1.jpg 1417w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"132\" \/>The innovation of the\u00a0<strong>CAGLIARI 2020<\/strong>\u00a0project is based on the application of the \u201cnetcentric\u201d paradigm through a dynamic and pervasive network (urban information grid) whose nodes can be both fixed and mobile, enabling the sensory integration of the distributed equipment and the transformation of public transport in \u201cmobile platforms\u201d to monitor city traffic, through the continuous acquisition of traffic, emissions and sound pressure levels.
